Weekly Bulletin

The weather this past weekend was absolutely gorgeous. We barbecued on our deck for two days straight. I drank beer, watched the Boyfriend use the new grill, played ladder ball and simply enjoyed the happiness that comes from smelling a flower for the first time after months of living underneath the ice.

Snowicane?

The news woman told me this morning that we are headed for a "snowicane"; which is a fancy way of saying that there will be a lot of snow and a lot of wind. Got ya. Sounds good! I'm FOR it. My boss already told me to work from home tomorrow, mm hmm, and the Boyfriend will be out plowing so that means I have the house ALL TO MYSELF. What shall I cook? Choices, choices. I'll keep you posted.

It's also time for another weekly bulletin board. When I was younger I had a copy of the Guiness Book of World Records and let me tell you; I was obsessed! I remember trying to spot the most outrageous ones. Apparently, bizarre things just continue to peak my curiosity.

Ok, so I did NOT post one of these every week like I said I would (shock me, shock me, with your devious behavior!) BUT, I did post one especially for Valentine's Day. I'm not a huge fan of Valentine's Day, but alas I survive knowing that St. Patty's Day is looming around the corner. SO! Bring on the chocolate!
